No. You arrange your international flights to and from Vietnam. This keeps your preferred airline, points and departure city in your control. We build the land itinerary around the flight details you confirm with us.

Hotels, cruises, transport and experiences vary by date, group size and comfort level. We check current availability and return a written quote for your actual trip instead of presenting an estimate as a bookable price.

Tell us that you prefer AUD when you enquire. Your written proposal will clearly state its quotation and payment currency, validity period, inclusions and exclusions.

They can be arranged privately for your party. Selected routes may also suit a small group. Your proposal will state the operating style, vehicle, guide arrangements and any shared services such as a cruise.

THD currently has English- and Korean-speaking personnel. Guide language and availability are confirmed for each journey before booking.

Entry requirements depend on your passport and can change. Travellers are responsible for checking current official requirements and obtaining the necessary documents. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including medical, cancellation and evacuation cover.

Your confirmation will include the relevant THD operations contact. Our teams in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City coordinate the services in your itinerary and support you during the confirmed journey.

Vietnam spans several climate zones, so the best time depends on your route. Northern, Central and island journeys each have different seasonal patterns. Every sample journey includes practical timing guidance, and your proposal will adjust activities to the conditions expected on your dates.

Choose the airport that matches the first region of your land journey: Hanoi for Northern Vietnam, Da Nang for Central Vietnam, Cam Ranh for Nha Trang and Phu Quoc for an island stay. Ho Chi Minh City is the main southern gateway. Flight schedules change, so confirm your preferred flights before ticketing and we will align the land route around them.

Earlier planning gives you more choice of hotels, cruise cabins and guides, especially around Australian school holidays, Vietnam public holidays and peak travel periods. If your dates are close, send them anyway—our team will check what can be operated and quote only confirmed options.

THD reviews your dates, arrival airport, group size, route and comfort preference. We aim to send an initial response within one Vietnam business day, including any essential questions. A complete proposal may take longer while we check current availability; it will name the itinerary, accommodation, inclusions, price, validity period and booking conditions. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to book.

Use only the payment instructions supplied in THD’s written booking documents. If bank or payment details change unexpectedly, or a message comes from an unfamiliar address, do not pay. Forward the message to marketing@thdtravel.com.vn and wait for written verification. A booking is confirmed only after THD acknowledges the required payment and issues written confirmation.
